Receptionist / Administrative Assistant: Reports to Director of Administration and HR

Under direct supervision, responsible for providing administrative support and performs a range of other operational support activities for the Office.

MEDCOM Coordinator: Reports to Division Director, MEDCOM

The MEDCOM Coordinator functions under the supervision of the MEDCOM Watch Commander, providing clinical communication support and facilitates the Regional Trauma Transfer plan through the MEDCOM process, gathers real-time medical intelligence on key components of the emergency healthcare system and ensures distribution of a common operating picture to STRAC leadership and key partners. The MEDCOM Coordinator serves as the entry point in to the MEDCOM process for hospitals throughout the region and across the state, as well as serving as the point of contact for the STRAC Regional Rescue Team and the Emergency Medical Task Force programs. Coordinates emergency healthcare resources through various STRAC programs and initiatives. Relays vital information from several relevant sources to customers, leadership and key partners. Manager, Operations, Plans and Fiscal Compliance: Reports to Emergency Preparedness and Response Division Director

The Operations, Plans and Fiscal Compliance Manager serves as a technical authority for all hazard’s response, planning and implementation with an emphasis toward coordination and integration with regional and statewide partners. The employee is expected to plan and monitor the readiness of regional resources to respond to potential disasters. In addition, the employee serves as one of the agency leads for internal and external exercise planning and coordination, to ensure timely and successful exercises that meet the needs of the membership, as well as other regional partners. Also provides oversight and management of several grant awards from various State and Federal sources. This employee works closely with accounting personnel to ensure accurate and timely reporting of expenditures and requests for reimbursement in accordance with applicable State and Federal guidelines. Reports directly to, and consults with Division Director and Executive Director to ensure that grant funded projects are developed, funded and implemented with particular attention to the vision of the STRAC, the needs of the membership and welfare of the regional health care delivery system and the Citizens of the State of Texas. Additionally, this employee works within the various funding streams to identify opportunities to collaborate among various grants to maximize benefits while demonstrating good stewardship of State and Federal grant awards. Methodist Healthcare System has an opening for a Trauma PI Coordinator

The Trauma PI Coordinator will assume 24-hour responsibility for the coordination of nursing care of trauma patients throughout the hospital. Responsible to assist the Trauma Medical Director with day-to-day administration of the Trauma Service and directs, plans, and facilitates total care of the trauma patient in collaboration with the trauma surgeon, sub-specialists, nursing and medical teams, and ancillary services.
