COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITIES
- To plan collaboratively for all types of disaster situations to maintain continuity of service to all of our patients throughout our region.
- To engage vendors and other outside agencies to improve planning and communication during a disaster.
- Establish processes and guidelines to move supplies and equipment based on patient placement and need.
- Identify Strengths and Weaknesses of facilities and work to establish alternate resources and processes during disaster events.
- Build and maintain a WEBEOC tracking board to manage the movement of supplies/equipment and also for returning equipment at the end of the event.
COMMITTEE MEETINGS
The EHDG Material and Facilities Manager Committee meets at 830am on the first Thursday of every month.
