COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITIES

EHDG is a multi-disciplinary committee that is serving several missions:
 1.  It is the HRSA Bioterrorism Funds Planning committee for hospitals within TSA-P
 2.  It is the Disaster committee for the STRAC

It is responsible for:

•  Development of the HRSA BT Funds Distribution Plan
•  Oversight of the Regional Medical Operations Center (RMOC)
•  Development of Multiple-Casualty Incident (MCI) plan involving all hospitals and pre hospital care providers.
•  Exercise of MCI activities.
•  Coordination with Emergency Management representatives.
•  Development of a Regional Mutual Aid Agreement.

COMMITTEE MEETINGS

The EHDG meets monthly, generally on the third Friday of the month at 1400 hrs.
