MEDCOM Division Director: Reports to Executive Director / Chief of Staff

The MEDCOM Division Director is responsible for the efficient operation of the regional communications center (MEDCOM). The MEDCOM Division Director functions under the supervision of the STRAC Executive Director and Chief of Staff, providing strategic guidance, management and oversight of personnel providing clinical communication support and facilitation of the Regional Trauma Transfer plan through the MEDCOM process, gathering real- time medical intelligence on key components of the emergency healthcare system and ensuring distribution of a common operating picture to STRAC leadership and key partners. MEDCOM serves as the coordination point for hospitals throughout the region and across the state, as well as serving as the point of contact for the STRAC Regional Rescue Team and the Emergency Medical Task Force programs. The MEDCOM Division Director provides routine monitoring of processes and implements improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of this critical resource within the region. MEDCOM Coordinator: Reports to Division Director, MEDCOM

The MEDCOM Coordinator functions under the supervision of the MEDCOM Watch Commander, providing clinical communication support and facilitates the Regional Trauma Transfer plan through the MEDCOM process, gathers real-time medical intelligence on key components of the emergency healthcare system and ensures distribution of a common operating picture to STRAC leadership and key partners. The MEDCOM Coordinator serves as the entry point in to the MEDCOM process for hospitals throughout the region and across the state, as well as serving as the point of contact for the STRAC Regional Rescue Team and the Emergency Medical Task Force programs. Program Specialist: Reports to Division Director, STCC

The Program Specialist is a professional possessing the in-depth knowledge and experience to aid in oversight of all aspects of the Southwest Texas Crisis Collaborative (STCC) division. The Project Specialist will work closely with the Executive Director, STCC Division Director, Project Coordinators, and other STRAC staff, Healthcare System CEO’s, representatives, behavioral health professionals and other community partners to further development and coordinate of all aspects of Behavioral Health Coordination for Trauma Service Area –P (TSA-P). Overall responsibilities include tracking social determinants progress within our collective impact software, enabling user adoption to said software, evaluating effectiveness of projects that build capability and capacity for the behavioral health system of care, creating and maintaining reports, dashboards and research related to STCC. Finance Director: Reports to Chief of Staff

The Finance Director is a motivated and experienced professional responsible for all financial, accounting and human resources functions. This position is responsible for budget management, financial analysis, payroll, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, audits, fiscal compliance, bank reconciliations, grant tracking, grant billing and accounting, cash management, financial statements, general ledger and fixed assets. The Finance Director develops and maintains accounting practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities, year-end audit, intermittent grant audits, 990 and other tax related preparations, and contract management. Additionally, key areas within human resources will be managed by the Finance Director. This position works closely with Executive Leadership, the Board of Directors, Legal Counsel and STRAC Staff to ensure the efficient fiscal operation of the organization. Job Description Apply

The Trauma PI Coordinator will assume 24-hour responsibility for the coordination of nursing care of trauma patients throughout the hospital.
